    Sat out must have been at least 8 hours directly in the sun over the heatwave period(2weeks) including the peak burning periods of 12-3pm, had factor 30 suncream on the face, not a spot of burn or tan there as I do go red in parts so that worked out fine :)

    Arms and legs are tanned as planned using lower factor suncream, thankfully i do go brown straightaway there :)

    I'm not very tanned at all. I love the heat, but I burn easily so I only tend to spend 10 minutes or so in the sun before heading for a shady spot. I managed to spend a fortnight in Tunisia and only get a little browner.
