Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If he bags one it would be great for him and the fans to pay attention a little.

He looks like he knows where to position himself for a chance. That's half the battle won for him.

Galatasary are the Celebrity Big Brother of club football: full of complete has-beens and their fans are irrational losers.

Walcott up to his usual blind alley.

He really needs to beat that first man. I think Walcott is a better impact player then first teamer.

Neither side looked arsed really do they?

I don't know Walcott has looked to be our biggest threat so far in this game.

Haven't seen anything of Sanogo really. Hasn't touched the ball since I've been watching.

He started the game really brightly, at the moment can't really blame him the game has died a bit and he's just not getting the ball into him.

    Ramsey had a good half

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,216 ✭✭✭Looper007

Decent first half. Nothing amazing. Still think with a few signings we be fighting for the EPL.

Ramsey is our most consistent player these days. What?! Did I just say that? :P

Took Ramsey a while but he's turning into a fine player.

Arteta does his job better than anyone else we've got.

Ramsey is pushing Jack for the first game kick off

He's twice the player in the middle. Suits him much better.

Cazorla's on the left atm, so I'd imagine Ramsey and Arteta start at CM with Wilshere and Rosicky fighting it out for CAM. Unless Ox manages to push his way in somewhere.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,435 ✭✭✭wandatowell

Drogba and Wesley on the the 2nd half.

Well Gibbs sure has the head start being injury free at the moment.

Gibbs regardless. Wenger I say reckons he can offer more going forward.

    I like barcay at CB

Re Bendtner: the guy is a tosser of the highest order but he is talented. Scored a cracking goal in front of me in the Carling Cup Semi where he made an intelligent run, took the ball down on his chest and cut inside to fire a world class finish. A boot up the arse, plenty of application and someone keeping him in check and he'd be an excellent player. We ruined him with 50k+.Wages tbh.

I was was fairly impressed with Mono I have to say. Think he is the more balanced of the two. Only a matter of time before he gets game time if he is Gibbs' understudy!!

Wonder how zelalem will get on against a better midfield

I agree with almost everything but he ruined himself by having an ego the same size of the Emirates and letting his mouth write cheques his feet couldn't cash ;).

I really like Monreal myself but I think Gibbs gives a better balance between defense and attack. He just offers more up front than Monreal, that's why I think he'll be in the team first.

Great to have that fight happening in that position for once. Used to be a real weak spot for us.

Just seen this on twitter :)

Quite something - Zelalem first player to represent Arsenal who wasn't born when Arsene Wenger was appointed in 1996

I nearly over look it as he has been one of best strikers to wacth for the last 6-7 years.

I hate the goal scoring record he has against us.

    EDIT: Fcuker.
