transaction on credit card problem

    hello

    I purchased something for the h&m online store to be shipped to parcel motel

    unfortunately they don't deliver there so they won't dispatch my order

    in any case, my card has been debited (not just on hold)

    what can i do on my side to get my money back?

    the retailer says to wait a week and see if it bounces back but i am right in saying that if it is not on hold, it is gone?

    Hi j4vier,

    It can depend on the company, they may automatically refund your account as they no longer offer the service you paid for. You can find full information on what action to take here and how to follow it up if the refund doesn't automatically occur.
