Beet pulp bottles

Hey , this might be a long shot but I remember seeing a Nationwide or similar program report on RTE about a guy in Co Carlow a few years ago who had a small production unit making bottles from beet pulp. They were non toxic and biodegradable , I never heard any more about it. Is anybody aware of such a product in Ireland…
