Hi, My VISA Debit Card appears faulty this past week - I've tried using it in various ATMs and POS in shops but with no luck. How do I go about getting a replacement? Thanks.

You can call your branch to advise of the issue with your card and order a new one.

If it has gone faulty is it 'not fit for purpose', so you don't have to pay.
