hi i'm looking for a recipe for steak and ale pie that has been tried and tasted:D. i've made a few before but would like to try someone else's recipe. thanks

I use the Avoca Beef and Guinness Stew recipe - you'll find it by googling it (for some reason the pdf I found wouldn't c&p). It's really really good, and you could easily top it off with a pastry lid.
