Problem with bill

    Hi,
    I haven't gotten a bill for July. I am on paperless billing. I see an outstanding amount but no bill. Also, I upgraded a couple of weeks ago from limited broadband to unlimited. But online it's telling me that I have used 118% of my 10GB limit.....not sure why it hasn't been changed yet.

    There is an issue with a few bills updating on 'my eircom'. Can you PM me with your eircom account number and e-mail address I can try send it to you via e-mail.
