Buying property Galway - Solicitor & Engineer Recommendations needed

Hi all,

Quick question,

I'm in the final stages of agreeing a price on a property in Galway.
I don't really want to pick names of of the phone book.
(had some bad experience with that before)

Would anyone be able to recommend me a decent Solicitor and Engineer for a Engineers report?

Used this solicitor last year on a house purchase and was very satisfied with the result (and the price). Recommended him to another user here on Boards who might like to comment on how they've gotten on since.
Can't recommend an engineer as didn't buy in the area, OP, but good luck.

I've taken the recommend solicitor from here but can't recommend him until I'm finished the process.
