above is an example of an .mht attachment in a .zip file

adding the straight .mht compatibility to the attachment window would allow users to bypass a lot of screens and go straight to a problem steps recording, viewable in a web browser without having to unzip the file first. super handy in the case of the tech forums.

    Thanks!

I have some concerns about the MHTML format from a brief look at what they are - essentially base64-encoded resources wrapped in a HTML file like it were a HTML email, rendered directly by the browser. This is unlike some of the recent extensions we added that require their own separate software. I don't think it should be our obligation to host screen recording videos for people having issues.

Still, we'll stick it on the list of things to do and have a chat about it

    Thanks

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
