Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I havent seen anybody giving out about him, have you never wondered if a player was good enough or not before?

These are the same posters who would be calling people fools if they wrote a player off after a few pre season games.

Ofcourse but having concerns about a player and writing them off during pre season is hardly the same thing.

Henderson must not have had his shin pads in the exact right position. Or his hair.

I pray to God he comes good, hes playing well today.
Nobody said he was going to be a flop.

Its a bit of fun in a friendly match. I think the squad should all be named after Mr Men characters myself.

Luis Suarez can be Mr Greedy, Spearing Mr Small, Coutinho Mr. Clever and so on.

It sounded like you were writing him off of a few posts back. You said something along the lines of ' he hasn't done anything to impress you during preseason'. Have you watched him at all??

    How good is IBE!!!

I agree...I just think calling them fools for having concerns after a few decent pre season games is ridiculous in the other extreme.

Joe Allen has done well in pre-season, hope he keeps it up in the league, he was great at the start of last season, went very poor then and got knocked off the ball too easily, he was injured for some time though

All that solitary bird watching takes its toll on the mind. After a while, they start talking to you, and you back to them.

Long story short, Kess thinks we're birds.

Holy grain was performe by monty python.
    Monty Python are comedians.
    Rown Atkinson is a comedian.
    Roman Atkinson appeared in Blackadder.
    Blackadder's manservant was called Baldrick.
Baldrick and a thing for turnips.
He was always aware of the price of them.

    Done.

Ahab is a character from the wonderful Moby Dick

Moby Dick was written by Herman Melville.

Herman Melville was a scribe at one point in his career.

    Scribe rhymes with Ibe.

Paving the way for his sensational return eh? ;)

(I'd take him back for 10-12 million, but that's a move that won't happen)
