Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Earphone balance on iphone 4 fix

I have an iphone4 and recently the sound from the headphone jack is messed up. The sound is pretty muffled and missing certain sounds. I found if I move the balance of centre the sound improves and is louder but still missing certain sounds.

I am assuming the headphone jack connection in the phone is damaged (tried other headphones). If I bring it to one of the phone repair shops is it likely they can fix this while I wait? Any recommendations which one to go to in Dublin? I was just going to pick one at random on Moore Street or Parnell Street

I had a problem similar to this myself. Turns out there was a grain of rice in the socket. So something like that could be interfering with the connection, have a look in and see if all is clear. Might be worth a shot?
