Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lap Top Suggestions

I was recommended two lap tops by a techie friend of mine but just thought I would ask here to see if you guys would agree.

The lap top will mainly be used for general internet surfing, downloading, championship manager (if it Championship Manager still exists! the last PC I owned I bought in 1998 and its long since dead) and some Microsoft office work.

If the screen is decent enough it will probably be used for movies.

I've never owned a lap top so I have no idea what I am looking for.

Here are the two recommended lap tops.

    I have a budget of €500 - €600 (max)

Would anyone have any other suggestions?

I would prefer to buy it in a bricks and mortar store if possible.
