New Electronic Road Signs Around Wexford Town?

Have seen these going up over the last few weekends Will they be just another white elephant like the one between the New Ross and Whitford roundabouts that is just a €27,000.00 glorified clock? Or what will they be displaying if/when they are switched on?

More than likely parking spaces, traffic congestion etc? Where have they gone up?

I've seen one out by Rocklands. Not working yet though.
