    Hi all,

Looking for somewhere reasonably priced and better than takeaway standard with waiter service to have a late dinner on Sunday night and also a nice bar/pub (not nightclub!) to go to afterwards that opens as late as possible. Had a think about the Capel St and/or Aungier St area but not overly familiar with any of the spots around there. Can anyone advise? Preferably not too young a clientele would be great. Looking at about half twelve for dinner.

    Thanks!! R

I can't imagine anywhere nice being open at that hour of Sunday night/Monday morning.

Half jokingly, the Gigs Place before it shut down, there's also an Indian place across from it on Richmond St. that I think is still open...

Half past midnight for dinner with waiter service? Really? My mind is boggling.

There are a few late night Indian restaurants around town, I've been one or two of them at 3am before buying bottles of wine :o They still do a sit-down, waiter service right through the night. Not sure if it's every night or just Fridays and Saturdays though.

    Shan in Temple Bar

I think there are a few in Temple Bar actually, and there's another one beside the Portobello.
