Approx cost to build masonry porch

    Hi All

    We're thinking of adding a porch onto the front of our house, which would basically consist of:

    - Masonry porch of 2 4" blocks with 4" insulation, approx. size 1.6m sq
    - Apex roof
    - Two PVC windows plus timber door
    - Removal of existing timber structure
    - Addition of downpipe and some guttering
    - Wiring for 2 x external wall mounted lights
    - Some exploratory works for foundation (as the building is quiet old and the existing timber structure has no real foundations)

    Just wondering what ballpark figure I should expect to pay for this
