I don't want to go into further detail on said explanations as my question is Will both of these effect my credit rating? If so, after what length of time of not paying do they contact ICB and add your name etc?

Will this stop the C.U. from issuing me a loan?
    Thanks

The only people who can add data to your ICB credit record are financial institutions who have loaned you money. Anyone else who claims you owe them money would have to sue you in court for the money and if they got a judgement, that would be on the public record and would get you an entry in Stubbs Gazette.
