Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Has anyone else got this error message on their Windows 8 laptop?

I bought a new laptop 6 months ago and for the last 2-3 months I am having this error message pop up at LEAST every 20 mins on my laptop and then does a restart. The error says:

" Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.
If you'd like to know more, search online later for this error: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (rtwlane.sys) "

Should I go back to where I bought it or is there an easy fix without having to download or re-install stuff as not the most technical minded :-)

    Thanks!

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

rtwlan I guess stands for RealTek wireless lan. That is your wireless network card (made by RealTek). Download the latest Windows 8 drivers from the RealTek website. Should do the job!
