    Have followed a load of forums but am getting regular updates through email which I don't want.

    Can anyone tell me how to sort this please?

    Can't seem to figure it out.

    Sure - hover over your name.
    Goto your CP > Profile Settings & Control Panel

    On the top of the screen under my threads select > View all My threads

    Select the threads you want to modify using the boxes to the right.
    Scroll to bottom and update notifications to whatever is most appropriate and hit GO.

    That should do it for you
