    Pretty good article on the background and longevity of the timeless Rem 1100. I sold my fancy shotguns years ago and kept the 1100s. I have a 20 ga for skeet that points and shoots like a dream. Despite more modern designs, its still in production.

    The most regretful thing I did nearly 30 yres ago was sell my Remmy 1100 and my beautiful Beretta Pump (YES PUMP):(
