I have a WD Live TV linked to a NHS over Wifi. It works really well for us. The interface is simple and the setup was easy. The only drawback is that I can't use it to watch TV over the Internet, ie open a browser and navigate to Rte player or something similar to watch TV. Is there any way of setting the WD system up to enable it to play Rte player or are there other systems available that can play files from a NAS and have an browsers built in..? I've seen some information here about raspberry pi but whilst it looks like it could do what I want it looks like there's a bit of setup and not sure my wife would be to keen using it if it's not user friendly
