Nexus 10 owners of Ireland -have you been getting OTA upates?

Looking to get one of these from an ebay seller and wanted to be sure that a Nexus 10 in Ireland will still get the OTA Android updates even though the they're not available here.

I got the OTA around 3 pm this afternoon.
(Got it on N4, then N10 shortly after. N7 got it last - around 5.00).
