How to get upgrade to wireless modem?

    My mother in law has a wired modem but has a new laptop and wants a wireless one instead. How does she go about getting that?

    Hi Seamus McKenna,

    To order a new modem you would need to contact the technical support team on 1890 260 260 (telephone number and option 0) They will issue the new modem to you.
