Audio = Audacity

Video = Windows MovieMaker (free from Microsoft)

Windows movie maker is very good for video editing. I use this a lot myself, you can't go wrong with this one as it is free.

Thanks for the replys I will download movie maker, I also want to find a programme where I can make a Animated 3d text intro for the vid any Ideas?

I think you can do that in movie maker aswell.
