Road closure beside monroes ?

Anyone know what happened down the west ? Gardai have Road blocked off from Claddagh cabs to monroes ? Stopped to ask them and was told " keep movin up the that way "

Was in the Róisín, some chap was lying very uncomfortably between the pavement and the road across towards Monroe's. There was an ambulance team there, Guards were around to divert the taxi traffic I'm assuming.
