Nope, everyone will be getting PM'd a week before launch (maybe a bit sooner)

They'll have up to the 5th September to come back to me, I'll send reminder PMs, if i dont hear back they are assumed not to be coming back and will be removed from the list.

We'll start the draft then a few days later with the aim of starting the franchise after the week 1 update.

I'd personally prefer an open thread where people post their picks and another open thread for discussion.

I don't like the idea of all the secrecy, I don't think it adds anything and just annoys people (well me).

I totally agree with what Adrian suggests....two threads. It makes for far more fun and also lasts longer as everyone discusses each pick as they go along.

Last year the picks were announced in batches at the end and it was all over far too quickly, did not generate enough discussion, the secrecy added nothing to it.

Adrian, will you be doing a mock draft?

I'll give it a go I reckon, moving house at the minute also but I should be able to bang one out once the final order is known.
