Where can you buy "vegetable shortening"

    I want to make chocolate as seen here in this video:

    One of the ingredients is vegetable shortening which I have never seen or heard of before, The closes thing I could find to it was Atora Shredded Suet in tesco but they only have the beef version.

    One brand available here is Cookeen. There may be others, including equivalents from likes of Lidl/Aldi. Basically it's a white solid vegetable based fat.
