[Wanted] Waterford accommodation for second semester only

    Hi,

    Anyone know of any letting agencies / landlords in Waterford that rent accomodation for one semester only? My boyfriend's little brother is on placement from Sept-Dec this coming college year but he (and a few of his friends) will need a house from Jan-May 2014.

    We had this problem when we were in college but we needed a house for the first semester rather than the second but couldn't find anywhere that would give us such a short lease. We just pretended we were gonna be there for the year, left at Christmas and sacrificed our deposit. Crap but had to be done!
