I stuck five on Munster by 6-10 points and Ulster -4.5 for tomorrow. Accum at 18s, returns 99.

What was the final score in the Munster game?

    22 - 16

    Just...

For some reason I think it will cover that! I've a small insurance bet though just in case it's a six-niller! :D

    Old Balance: 29.11 units

    - 3 units (10/11) Brive +12 :D
    - .5 units (5/1) Brive to win :(
    - 1 unit (10/11) Perpignan +15 :D
    - .75 units (7/5) Toulon to win :(
    - 1.5 units (5/6) Munster vs Connacht: over 31.5 points :D
    - .25 units (18/1) Munster vs Connacht: Race to 10 points No Winner :(

    New Balance: 22.11 units

    New Balance: 32.50 units

A winning week! That hasn't happened for a while.

I had another dire weekend (the Leinster/Ulster game) which could have so easily been a good one;the missed kicks in the first half by Jimmy Gopperth cost me dearly. :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

Had a mixed weekend, threw the money around, think I won one more than I lost. Had London Irish to win today (lost), Zebre +11.5, Northampton -8.5 and Saracens -14.5 yesterday (all won) and Newcastle to win on Friday (lost).

Have to stop betting on these premiership games between crap teams.

Had a shocking weekend. Missed the overs in 3 games by a single score in each. Sickened.

Had a look back in the thread and saw this units thing, better late than never I suppose.

    Edinburgh +8.5 1 unit 1.98

    (50 to 49 units)

Looks like you scraped by! It was looking ropey for Cardiff today, they have been pretty poor.

Ulster currently at 4/1 to win league looks like tasty odds to me right now.

They will be hurting bad from last year and Leinster are not that good at the moment.

  • Registered Users Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Ulster are -6 vs Munster, wouldn't bet against my team myself but I think that's a very generous spread for Ulster.

Better in both League position and HEC position than last season though at this point.

I'd disagree, Munster only lost by 1 last year with a worse pack. 10 wins and one loss in the league, might back them +6 actually.

What a wild night. Munster were down and out but came back within touching distance only to blow it again. Ospreys were cruising at 17-3 but let the Scarlets back in only to lose it again. Northampton after so much attacking and missed kicks lost their own lineout only for Quins to fumble and allow Hartley fall on it to cover. Down to 49.1 units.

Something to note for Racing vs Toulouse in three weeks time: Noves has said he will send a B team. There might be some value in handicaps before the lineups are confirmed.

Down to 49.46, 1 unit on Leicester -13.5 (1.76) and Harlequins to win (2.7). Not like I really rate Quins or anything, but 2.7 is too good to pass up.

59 units. Today's Buerbet is a double on Exeter and Quins 7.5 units.

That'd be a seriously good name for a bookie.
