Stopover between Saintander and Girona

I will be driving from Saintander to the Girona area with my wife and 13 year old daughter in our campervan in just under two weeks time. It is around an 800km drive so I will have to stop over somewhere on route. Would anyone recommend an aire or campsite close to my route roughly halfway along the journey. I reckon, The route I will be driving will take me close to Bilboa, Vitoria, Logrono, Tudela, Zaragoza, Lleida and Barcelona. It looks like somewhere around Zaragoza is about halfway so all recommendations welcome please.
