Eircom F1000 Boot Loop - Bridge Mode - Big problem for business

Is eircom ever going to deal with the ability to bridge OR give a decent alternative to bridge mode. Right now if you bridge the eircom f1000 it works until you reboot the router, then you get stuck in a reboot-loop until you hard reset it. This is NOT acceptable. This is not good for business customers!

Had the exact same issue. Such an amount of messing I had to do in terms of the sequence at which I configured stuff, just to get the modem stable in bridging mode.
Anyone know any recommended third party replacement modems for Eircom e-Fibre?

Cisco 887va router should work but I am not sure about vectoring profiles!!
