I used a guy called Stephen O Reilly for my survey on a 2 bed, only done it yesterday & got the report the same day. €300 all inc was the charge.

Got a 9 page report detailing all areas of the house.

Would recommend, found a few issues that need addressing with the house & advised me on some other items he came across.
