2 year insurance if already here

Hi, I'm renewing my visa for another 2 years in September and was wondering if anyone had advice for insurance? The majority of the cheap ones have a stipulation that you must be resident in Ireland for a certain time prior to your trip and all this crap so what did everyone who is already here do? Thanks!
