    Hi Wize

    You can indeed transfer to a payee over the phone,  Online and via the Mobile App if you have a Banking 365 PIN. 

    You may need to set up the payee first, you will need an activation code for this but otherwise you can make your payment anytime.

    i dont have it setup as I payee at the moment. Can I call my bank and get it done over the phone

    Hi Wize 

    Your branch will not be able to take this kind of instruction from you over the phone.  

    You can set up the payee anytime though. 

    Do you use Online banking?

    Hi Wize

    You would need to receive the payee activation code before a payee can be accepted to it. 
    Without this activation code a payment can not be made. 

    We would advise you to visit a branch and see whether they can accommodate you in any way.

    is there a branch in City West. I can find one there and im currently in work with no transport

    There is no branch at City West but Rathcoole is not far from City West.
