Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I have an ongoing claim with the injurys board. I do have a solicitor but I wont get to see him until next week so I just want to ask the question here for now.

Will the injurys board allow me to submit a letter with my case saying how the the injury has affected me? I just dont think that the medical report properly described how it affected me. And since the report was done some aspects of my injury have gotten a lot better and other parts have gotten a lot worse.

Suggest you draft a statement re the current effects of your injury and give it to your solicitor.

(s)he will forward it, or a summary of it to PIAB when appropriate
