pectic enzyme- can i make it or get it from shop?

hey i'm making some wine but only thing i dont have is the pectolase is there any way of getting this at the supermarket without having to go online thanks it's for the Wurzel's Orange Wine btw

That's gas, I went shopping today in order to make the same wine.

Don't know about substitutes, be interested to hear, but if you're around the Limerick area try Cash Convenience on Parnell Street.

I used this when making wow but am thinking now that the juice extracted into cartons should be good enough without it.. I reckon the pectolase would be more relevant if you were making cider or wine from freshly pressed fruits you've pulverised yourself...cartons of juice would be good enough without it if youre badly stuck...
