This is more akin to (bad) club football than intercounty.

    not many there either

Kerry not out of second gear, should be far more ruthless, if Cavan start finding players and score a few might be hard for Kerry to inject some urgency.

Cavan more interested in trying to stop Kerry than win the game themselves. Dreadful stuff.

Seems to have gone the other way.

Cavan now not even creating the mistakes!

Kerry have no need to get out of second gear, beat the team & conserve energy for the semi final

They'll not be contributing much to Dublins economy.

Can we ban all the "Cavan people are cheap" jokes from here on in? They are just getting tedious at this stage.

Cavan look very nervous in possession. Kinsella has been very kind to them so far.

Why? They''ve only bought 2 pints in 35 minutes the tight gits ;)

The standard of trolling on here is on a level with the football being played.

Kerry could rack up a huge score today if it continues like that in the second half.

Is it nerves or are Cavan just that bad? Kerry not even pushing themselves too hard

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 102 ✭✭listrybabe

11-2half time Cavan are as bad a side that I have seen in a long time. Hope second half will be better.

Please stay on subject, stop deflecting away from talking about the match please, you're becoming tedious.

Any chance Cavan just dont bother coming out for the 2nd half? Or the ref blowing it up early?

Worst team i've seen in Croker in my life.

Has to be nerves I'd say with the amount of final passes going astray.

I think nerves had a part to play in that performance, but Cavan haven't played a top team this championship & won, they're getting found out a bit

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,136 ✭✭✭✭How Soon Is Now

****e first half no athomsphere no decent tempo to the game Kerry just walking it around at basic yet very affective level.

Cavan have been muck soon as they get forward instead of trying to kick scores there always looking for an extra pass its as if the forwards are afraid to kick!.

Kerry even though there barely playing themselves dont need to. Very impressed with there kicking and the scores there taking.

Clearly i know as a Dublin fan who id rather we were playing in the Semis :pac:.

Only thing i will say though is at the start there Cavan had Kerry with pace up front something Dublin have buckets of so that will be interesting to see when the the two meet which i assume will happen at this stage.

lot of nerves id say, they cannot be that bad.
Kerry are not even playing particularly well, Cavan are just beating themselves.

Liam Hayes - "Dublin will be going 40, 50, 60 mph"

Usain Bolt must be shitting himself. :pac:

    Cavan need a goal.

A goal for Kerry wouldn't help.

Cavan doing well so far in this half. Kerry have taken their foot off the gas big time.

The Jackins will beat Kerry out the gate looking at this.

cavan showig a bit more bite here, however great attempt but still wide. and wides dont win matches

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,775 ✭✭✭✭Slattsy

Cavan upped their game already, good to see.
    They need a goal though.

is this a plan by Kerry that they aren't playing well in second half? They have enough put up lot win but I feel they dont want to show their colours to Dublin.
