I'd be happy to go without for a period (not forever), but I think it'd be **** unless everyone I knew also did.
That said, there's a whole bunch of free stuff and services I'd have to do without, which would be a pain.
So I guess I'd be happy to quit social networking sites, but then again I just moved abroad so it's my only line to family & friends.
**** it, I'll just stick with it so.

    But without the internet....

What will all the keyboard warriors do???

Would people return to buying porn??

No countless videos of people hurting themselves or doing incredibly stupid things??

I will not know what my friend has had for breakfast or an others photo of their child some kind doing some child related activity??

I use the internet for Skype and such to keep in touch with all of my friends and family back home.

I think living away from home would be 1000 times harder if I could not easily contact the people at home.

For personal use I can easily go a few days without it but if I'm working then I need it everyday.
If I don't need it and don't have it I couldn't care less.

I think a better question would be can you live without boards? Anyone with over 10,000 posts shows real dedication, or addiction, whatever way you want to look at it. :)

I dont own a computer. Only made an email so I could use things like the Android Market or much earlier, contact Companies that other means were simply too expensive. Which, over the last six or eight years happened about five times:o. Im not on Facebook, Bebo, MySpace or the rest and even things like this site are new to me. (Though I am on FOG). All Ive really used the internet for is searching the odd thing, funny or research. Handy, but I reckon Od live without it:)
