Used GrabOne and it all went well. Website is nice and easy to redeem vouchers and see how many are yet to redeem etc.

Afaik there are a few horror stories form people selling on groupon and it going very badly - but in the vast majority is because the person did not understand how it really works and how to make it work for their business. Make sure you can afford the big discount being offered, but most of all - do everything you can to turn these new customers into repeat customer or referrers.
