Hi can anyone tell me do i have to go back to the same store (lidl)i bought goods in to get a refund. ie can i go to santry if i bought in baldoyle.

A very long time ago I returned something faulty bought in Dungloe in the Maynooth branch. Not sure if that's normal policy but they did do it.

I returned goods from one branch to another. They were perfectly nice about it.

Thanks,i just bought a garden shears in lidl,but it wouldnt cut butter, returned it no problem.
