    Got a text for uncle telling him to go to psc 1. It came from social services but don't know where to go or what to bring

    Hard to say if we don't know what sort of appointment. Any way you can ring a number and ask?

    EDIT -- I see you've posted in State benefits too, that thread has a number to ring. Give it a try.
