Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Apple ID password

    I can't remember my Apple ID and when I go to reset it via email, I don't get any emails?? I've tried this twice or three times now and still no emails have arrived. The security questions I can't remember either....and the support is no good, can't get an appointment for days....has this ever happened to anyone?

    Are you sure the emails going to the correct address? You haven't signed up with one email and thought you used a different one? Firstly make sure it's the right email, and secondly check your spam folder. That's usually the culprit of missing emails.

    If you go through expresslane.apple.com do they not offer you a webchat option to help fix this?

    No webchat option - You have to leave a number and it wont accept an irish number. This is really pissing me off now

    Webchat won't be able to help, they'll just schedule a callback to you. Best bet is to call AppleCare and they'll get it sorted.
