Lost admin password

An old computer of mine, a server on Windows 2003, is asking for the admin password. I had used it on the home CCTV but now want to use it as PC. Any way I can retrieve this password or override to install new password. Many thanks.

I used "Offline NT Password and Registry Editor" to remove a password on a locked computer and it worked a treat.
