    can anyone recommend a company that they used and were happy with for attic and wall cavity insulation please, in the Waterford County and City areas.

    Seriously think about wall cavity insulation first... pointless IMO.

    waterford insulation done my house and i found them very good and thorough.
    its about half a days work, a few dozen 12mm holes in your outside walls which they plaster up. its well worth getting done. you'd notice the difference.

    thank you Dave Power for the recommendation. Mozattack what type of house did you have the cavity wall insulated on? I'm wondering if it has more effect on different types?
