Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That was customer service offered by someone who hasn't had the liability brief. I had to have a quiet and polite word with staff about that before, it may be used to indicate an admission of liability. Get yourself along to a solicitor that will do a free consultation if you want any real answers, buy the time this gets to anyone in authority they'll become very tight lipped, if very apologetic for generic terms like 'the inconvenience'.

The reason it was probably ignored, I'd speculate, as it was the umpteenth time it had gone off that day with people messing.

If you don't want anything - why are you bothered about being 'bought off' by the shop? Just grab the most expensive thing in there and run.
