Raised beds question

I've made the raised beds and I've treated the outside of the planks with fence paint Should I line the insides with fabric or just leave them be. The planks are 2.5 inches thick. I will line the bottom.

you could line the insides with thick plastic, that should give them a few more years.
WHy do you want to line the bootom? To stop weeds? If so, just put down a few layers of newspaper. That will stop any fesh seed and eventually rot into the soil.

A 10 inch or 13 inch wide roll of DPC stabled/nailed to the inside of the raised beds and you are good to go.

Thanks for that Paddy147. I went to a local supplier here in Sandyford and got exactly what I needed - my raised beds are 18 inches tall and 9 inches tall so I was able to get a 12 inch roll and a 24 inch roll which is perfect.
