This game is too fun to let die.

The patch fixed pretty much everything that was wrong with the game.

So I'm proposing a quick online tournament to be played over the weekend of 23rd, 24th and 25th of this month. (Hopefully all one one night.)

Can play solo or as a pair and will be played on 360. Single elimination, 3/5 games.

All characters and stages allowed and only the new default gem sets to be used.

The easiest way to get the new gem sets is to simply delete your save game. When you start a new one every character will have the five gem sets.

So who is interested in this?

I found the game much more fun after the patch, but then Injustice came out, so ...

I'll play in this. See how the new version works out since I gave up on vanilla a long time ago

Wouldn't mind entering for the craic, the patch changes seemed pretty promising but it was too little too late by that point.

I don't really enjoy SFxT since they made Guile weaker. lol

I might be tempted to play Guy/Guile and make someone try and commentate it.

I'm generally up for these kinds of online tournaments for games I have no idea how to play (Low Tier Vanilla Marvel was fun!), but in this case I never actually bought SFxT; so I have no disc.
