If I lose a bank chit, How do I find a record of the payment?

    I lodged money into an account about five weeks ago. Now I have recieved a bill saying I haven't paid it. I can't find my bank chit and was wondering how do I find a record of payment.

    If you contact the branch you made the lodgement with a representative can arrange for a copy of the receipt to be posted to you. Contact details for the branch can be found here.
