Coldplay won't announce an Irish date at this stage. May be one or two tickets left to the Wembley gig on the 19th of June so check ticketmaster. I managed to grab two yesterday.

Really want to see Gregory Porter in Belfast in March, but only standing tickets left and OH won't stand at concerts. So either I leave her behind or not go myself!

Anyone hear of any seated tickets going, let me know.

Still looking out for GP tickets for Belfast.
All seated ones sold out, don't fancy standing, too old for that melarkey.

Finally got my act together and going to gigs again after not being at anything since the summer. Been at Massive Attack in Olympia recently and went to Foals last night in the point.

Have Moderat & At The Drive In coming up in the next few months - I am EXTREMELEY excited about both!

I've gone to a hundred or so gigs in the past 13 years, but I'm quickly losing interest. I'm becoming happier to watch live music at home on youtube etc with a few drinks. Anyone else?

The cost and the effort involved these days.

And the touting culture infuriates me - especially now that, rather than act against it, Ticketmaster have gotten involved in it themselves! Disgusting behaviour and it enrages me to think about it. (First world problem, obviously, but still.)

Wolfmother are here in April. They are like a generic Aussie Led Zeppelin but I couldn't say no for less than 30 quid!
Got to see Foo Fighters in Slane, it will define young adulthood.........

This year I've tried to make more of an effort to get to gigs, last year only made it to 2 or 3 I think.

Went to Massive Attack in January and Suede last w eek and upcoming I've got:

    May - Last Shadow Puppets
    June- Neil Young
    July- Springsteen/Stone Roses/Wilco

I was thinking about Wolf Alice in March but need to be up early the next day so giving it a miss.

Bruce (the Sunday) in Croke Park
Pixies at Live at the Marquee
Foals at Live at the Marquee
    Wilco in Iveagh Gardens
