And as of this morning: Mick Flannery in the legendary DeBarras! *swoon*

I would actually go that but Therapy? is on in Cyprus Avenue that night. If he plays in Cork the Sunday I may have 5 gigs in 5 nights.

    QoTSA

Is there talk of a Sunday gig that I've missed? Or is it just wistful thinking?

The poor lad must be convinced I'm stalking him, the amount of times I've seen him in Cork (just walking around) and then my appearance at all three of his shows at EP :P

I booked tickets recently for John Grant and CHVRCHES at the Olympia in March. Both gigs are happening in the same week. Since I'm an old man these days, two gigs in 3 days is a lot. I might have to take a day or two off work for that.

Yeah, me too. I think it might be the change in the weather. But it's so hard to keep track of everything that's announced!!
I've seen Austra at Forbidden Fruit last year. They are quite good and I would love to see them in a small venue like Button Factory, theoritically it should be even better!!!

God damn it - had forgotten Local Natives were playing! Went to their gig in academy 2 a few years back and despite not being able to actually see them (bar the tops of their heads) they were excellent! I must get a ticket for this gig. Haven't listened to their 2nd album too much but what I've heard so far I've liked.
