Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As per above. - I have heard this said more than once

I presume it shows inconsistency / disagreement with the normal legal processes

    Or are there other reasons?

...of course that should read - solicitors - bad smartphone - I'm not in de pub honest!

Simple answer no. But if the judge thinks it is being used to get an adjournment then maybe yes.

What infosys says, but just to add that if the change of solicitors is done correctly, the judge hearing the case will never know about it. That is to say, it will be not be done on the day of the hearing and the client will have discharged any fees outstanding so that there is no problem with handing over the file etc.

If you have a look at "EGAN & ORS -V- HADE & ANOR 2008/3151" the defendants have changed solicitors three times a this stage.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?
